Onandoff SAS, operating under the Wattko brand, offers premium, high-quality LED lighting products backed by efficient service. Through our WattSave program, we guarantee a safe and satisfying experience for our customers, from purchase to delivery and beyond.
The following details the terms and policies applicable to the WattSave program and the warranties for products sold on www.wattko.com .
WattSave Standards
1. General Guarantees and Limitations
- Most products have a 1-year warranty, except for LED hoses and strips of any type and voltage, which have a 30-day warranty, provided they have not been cut.
- WattSave insurance is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects in electronic components and, in the case of outdoor lighting fixtures, failures in the seals protecting against water, dust and humidity.
Warranty exclusions:
- Damage caused by natural phenomena, electrical discharges or variations in current.
- Incorrect or negligent installations.
- Alterations or modifications to the product made by the customer or unauthorized third parties.
2. Technical Evaluation Process and Client Responsibility
- All products sent under warranty will be subject to a technical evaluation.
- If it is determined that the damage was caused by misuse or improper installation, the warranty will be rejected, and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
3. Complaint Procedure and Time Limits
- Warranty claims must be handled exclusively via email at help@wattko.com . Claims will not be accepted through social media or other channels.
- The claim must be made within the established deadlines:
- General Warranty: 365 days (1 year).
- WattSave: 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Hoses, mirrors and LED strips: 30 days.
- Once the request is approved, the customer will have 3 business days to ship the product using the provided shipping label. Failure to meet this deadline will void the warranty.
4. WattSave Options
A) "7 Day" Guarantee
- If the product does not meet the customer's expectations or arrives damaged, they may request a refund or exchange within the first 7 days after purchase. This does not apply to orders valued at 20,000 pesos or more.
- If you do not notify us within this period, the 7-day Guarantee will not apply; only the Defect Guarantee will be valid for electronic items.
B) Warranty for Defects (1 year)
- This warranty covers factory defects in general products for one year.
- WattSave provides additional coverage for one year, provided the established conditions are met.
- Wattko will determine whether a product can be repaired or replaced; the customer cannot demand a new product if it can be repaired.
5. WattSave Program Limitations and Exclusions
- One claim per product: Each product is entitled to only one exchange or repair under WattSave. If it is repaired or replaced, the warranty will be considered exercised.
- Limited refunds: Refunds are only applicable under the 7-day Guarantee. After this period, only repair or replacement will be permitted.
- Shipping costs: Wattko will cover shipping costs if the warranty claim is approved. If the warranty claim is rejected, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
6. Exemption from Liability for External Suppliers
- Wattko is not responsible for delays or breaches of warranties managed by manufacturers or third-party suppliers. For this reason, WattSave guarantees direct support to customers, regardless of the terms and conditions imposed by the brands.
